I have experience with facilitating individual and group therapy for adults, teenagers and children that need assistance with depression, anger management, self-esteem challenges, impulse control. oppositional defiance, managing anxiety, self-harming, school issues, ADHD and mood disorders. I’m also accomplished in counseling issues due to trauma and grief/loss.

I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health and school based programs.

Rooted in person centered treatment planning and therapy, I will assist you in developing personalized goals. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy to assist in meeting your goals.
